Dr. Alyssa Holmes is a highly trained general dentist with a dual background in dentistry and public health. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from A.T. Still University, graduating with honors and receiving multiple leadership awards.
She went on to complete a rigorous Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone Hospital, gaining experience in complex restorative, surgical, and digital dentistry. Her clinical background spans underserved and tribal communities, where she developed expertise in managing complex care cases with compassion and precision.
Dr. Holmes excels in prosthodontics, implant restorations, oral surgery, and patient education. Her care philosophy centers on listening first, then designing treatment plans that support long-term health and personal goals. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys singing, Pilates, pottery, trivia nights, and exploring Arizona’s outdoors.
Flora Yu Harn Yen, DDS, FAGD,
Dr. Flora Yen, DDS, FAGD earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa in 2020 and has continued expanding her expertise with AAFE certification in 2021, and her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2025, an honor achieved by only about 6% of dentists nationwide.
Dr. Yen is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association. She is highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry and has advanced training in clear aligners, TMJ disorder relief, root canal therapy, and sleep appliance therapy. Inspired by her family’s experiences with dental anxiety, she is known for her empathetic approach and commitment to delivering comfortable, patient-centered, and patient-centered care.
Outside the office, Dr. Yen enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and engaging with arts and culture. She and her husband, Brandon, are delighted to call Tucson their home, where they are raising their daughter, Nina, along with their two dogs, Levi and Finnegan.
